Supply Chain Supervisor
What you will do
- Leadership and People Management: Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Monitor performance through key indicators (KPI, BPI, PPI) for supply planning and inventory management
- Project Management: Manage and oversee supply chain projects, ensuring timely and successful completion. Collaborate with Warehouse Projects teams to allocate resources, and to monitor progress to achieve project objectives.
- Supply Chain Operations: Develop and lead strategic supply planning using advanced analytics, optimizing processes to align with business goals, and designing multi-level planning for better resource utilization and supply chain resilience Take ownership in clearly defined projects that contribute to the realization of the goals of the organization
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and other departments, to optimize supply chain processes and resolve issues. Set-up weekly/monthly telecons with customers and discuss the running production activities and planning with the suppliers

Who you are
- Bachelor’s in supply chain management, Supply Planning, Business Management or similar. 5+ years of experience in complex multinationals and networks of Production Plants and Distribution Centers.
- Advanced Excel skills, experience using ERP /SAP and reporting tools like Power BI and Power App would be a benefit. Skills in process mapping, value chain mapping, Lean concepts (SIPOC, DMAIIC,5S)
- Excellent communication and analytical skills. Proven people management skills
- Influence skills ; ability to get others to adopt an action by using data, facts, logic and credible personal presence.
- Fluent in English and Dutch, Speaks, writes, listens and presents information in a logical and articulate manner appropriate for the audience.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and to establish strong ties with the internal customers and vendors
