To improve our customer experience and operational excellence, we are implementing a unified customer portal that supports smooth interactions and transactions throughout the entire customer and ASIC project lifecycle. We are looking for a product owner to lead the product vision and guide the implementation roadmap of our customer platforms.

What you will do

  • Identify the customer interactions with imec.IC-link and the business processes that support a good customer experience and value creation.  
  • Articulate the expectations and unfulfilled needs of customers and map these on imec.IC-link business processes. 
  • Translate the high-level product vision into a compelling product roadmap, covering evolutions of enabling business capabilities, components and data within the business system and gaps that need solutions.  
  • Work closely together with stakeholders from business development, sales operations, engineering teams, ICT, and management, so that the implementation roadmap and implementation are well executed.  
  • Manage the acceptance and rollout of the product releases to the imec.IC-link teams and our partners and customers.

Who you are

  • Experience in managing and delivering complex web projects from conception to launch. 
  • Understanding of Design Thinking methodology, to ensure a solid design process is followed for product vision and roadmap. 
  • Experience with agile methodologies and working with cross-functional teams. 
  • Understanding of architecture patterns for web platforms, strong technical knowledge in web technologies, web development frameworks (front-end and back-end), cloud platforms and data modelling. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate web concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 is a plus. 
  • Fulltime (5 days/week, 40 hours).
