Vice President of Advanced Patterning

As VP for Advanced Patterning, you will
- Work closely with imec’s Compute Systems Scaling sector to define the technical strategy of the Advanced Patterning program and joint ASML-imec high NA EUV lab.
- Create the roadmaps for advanced patterning working with ASML and other industrial partners, imec experts and academic researchers.
- Create an inspiring vision for the advanced patterning organization aligned with the technical, business and operational needs of imec.
- Articulate talent, equipment and software needs to support imec’s long term technical strategy relating to advanced patterning.
- Drive innovation in technical areas of responsibility like patterning materials, novel patterning techniques, advanced overlay solutions, transpatterning, 3D metrology, OPC and Design.
- Inspire, nurture, and grow talent to contribute to their fullest potential.
- Enable partnerships with materials suppliers, metrology vendors, computational lithography tool suppliers to address the technical roadmap challenges in advanced patterning.
- Support the different imec research programs and bilateral engagements in logic, memory, 3D interconnects, Photonics and Quantum on lithography, OPC, testsite design and tapeout services.
- Execute on the different committed joint development deliverables with suppliers and funded projects by working closely with other expertise centers like the fab organization.
- Enhance cross-functional collaboration by effectively engaging with other resource and thought leaders across different imec organizations.
