Support migration by troubleshooting issues and applying documented workarounds Assist and verify set up of migration (documents) in close collaboration with imec flow and product owners. Support user documentation created/changes with help from software product owner. The assignment
- Support migration by troubleshooting issues and applying documented workarounds.
- Assist and verify set up of migration (documents) in close collaboration with imec flow and products owners.
- Support user documentation creation/changes with help from software product owner.
- Assist in testing of the new SW environment based on documented testcases (user-based testing, not IT/code testing) and support test case administration.
Required knowledge and skills
- Microsoft office.
- Logical and analytical thinking.
- IT minded.
- Quality minded (a plus, but not required).
- Experience in ticket management/incident management systems.
- Good communication.
- Fluent in English.
What we offer

- Duration of the assignment: 6 months, extension possible (depending on project progress).

- Work regime: Fulltime, 5 days/week (40h).
