Outbound Logistics Clerk (temporary assignment)
The Outbound Logistics Clerk will - accurately and according to imec safety instructions - perform tasks concerning both the physical handling and administration aspect of goods that are received, delivered to shipped to external contacts.
The assignment
- Receiving goods from internal customers, packing and labeling them to hand over to courier.
- Completing system administration for shipping to external location considering applicable legislation.
- Proposing improvements with respect to the daily tasks.
- Ensuring cleanliness and order in the warehouse, strictly following all safety instructions.
Required knowledge and skills
- Customer oriented and continuous improvement mindset.
- Assertive, stress resistant and showing flexibility.
- Good communication skills, incl. ability to work effectively in a matrix organization. Fluent in Dutch and /or in English
- Capable to manage the physical aspect of the job and come to imec 5 days / week.
