Key Responsibilities include:
- Organize and lead monthly service meetings with our IAM solution provider to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Manage contracts and licenses related to the IAM solution.
- Handle daily ticket follow-up within the IAM domain, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
- Solve Level 2 IAM tickets, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders when needed.
- Serve as a crucial interface between the project team and operations, participating in sprint reviews, CAB meetings, sprint planning, and more.
- Create and maintain clear and user-friendly knowledge base articles related to IAM services.
- Actively participate in weekly ICT service owner and operations meetings, sharing updates and contributing to service improvement
- Experience in IAM or IT operations (ideally both).
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and agile project methodologies.
- Strong communication skills to liaise between technical and non-technical teams.
- Proactive mindset with a structured and service-oriented approach.
- Fluent in English
