What you will do

As a senior IAM Architect specializing in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), you will take ownership of our IGA strategy and roadmap. Your focus will be on critically evaluating identity and access management processes and translating them into robust technical implementations. You will drive the transition towards an updated access model, ensuring compliance, security, and operational efficiency. 
 
You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization, including security, compliance, IT operations, and business units, to define priorities, own the IGA backlog, and ensure effective implementation of identity governance solutions. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in streamlining identity lifecycle management and access governance. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • IGA Roadmap & Strategy:  
    Own and drive the IGA roadmap, ensuring alignment with business and security requirements while promoting scalability and efficiency. 
  • Process Optimization & Organizational Change Management: 
    Critically assess existing identity governance processes, refine them where needed, and ensure seamless technical implementation. 
    Ensuring adoption of IAM policies/processes across different business units.  
  • Identity Lifecycle Management:  
    Oversee the automation of user provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access assignments across the enterprise. 
  • Access control model design & implementation:  
    Define and implement a structured access control model, ensuring least-privilege access principles. 
  • Backlog & Prioritization:  
    Own the IGA backlog and set priorities in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure continuous improvements and alignment with strategic goals. 
  • Technical Leadership:  
    Work closely with solution architects and engineers to implement IAM solutions within enterprise applications and platforms. 
  • Security & Compliance:  
    Ensure IAM solutions adhere to security frameworks (e.g., NIS2, ISO 27001, GDPR) and audit requirements. 
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:  
    Align identity governance initiatives with business objectives, security policies, and IT infrastructure. 
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement:  
    Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in identity governance.

Who you are

  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in IAM architecture, with a strong focus on Identity Governance & Administration (IGA). 
  • Deep understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC, ABAC, and IAM governance frameworks. 
  • Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide IAM solutions,  
  • Strong knowledge of privileged access management (PAM) and integration with IGA solutions. 
  • Hands-on experience with automation and orchestration of identity processes (e.g., workflow automation, API integrations). 
  • Ability to analyse and translate business needs into scalable IAM solutions. 
  • Expertise in security standards and regulatory frameworks such as NIS2, ISO 27001, and GDPR. 
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills to drive IAM initiatives across multiple teams. 
  • Proficiency in defining and managing an IGA backlog, ensuring efficient prioritization and execution of initiatives.
