High Speed IC Design for optical driver in III-V Technology

Leuven | More than two weeks ago

Explore high-bandwidth driver circuits for wireline applications

To drive the next generation above 200GBd optical modulators a high-bandwidth driver circuits are needed. Further, the driver circuit should provide a very high voltage swing to drive the optical modulators at this higher bandwidth. To achieve these demanding specifications, this project exploits the III-V technology with higher ft/fmax.

Given 1-year duration for this internship, a candidate at PhD Level is desired.
