Empowering Knowledge Management

This project aims to enhance IT Knowledge Management within the organization. This internship opportunity seeks a motivated and technically skilled student to join the IT Services Management team. The intern will focus on analyzing and improving the knowledge management system by leveraging AI technologies within the Microsoft ecosystem. The primary objectives include developing a Proof of Concept (POC) for incident and request analysis, evaluating and restructuring knowledge base articles, identifying potential improvements, generating new articles from ticket information and public sources, and assessing the relevance and ownership of content. The internship will be a hybrid role, requiring onsite presence for at least two days a week to discuss progress and collaborate with the team.
