Imec
At the upcoming RFIC symposium, imec will showcase its research and innovations across various technical sessions and workshops. There will be presentations on the design and performance of PLL-based chirp generators for FMCW radar applications, as well as an exploration of the challenges of CMOS with beamforming in the D-band. Sessions will focus on millimeter-wave building blocks and energy efficiency in IoT RFICs, including a presentation on a compact low-power complex impedance sensor for beamforming transmitters. A panel discussion will address RFIC innovation, and a novel D-band power amplifier will be presented. Additionally, an advanced modulator driver for silicon photonic transmitters will be discussed. These contributions highlight imec's role in advancing RFIC technology.
