Abstract:
We present the main concepts of the INFINIT (Irradiation assessment of N7 FINfet technology for Innovative digital Telecom applications) project, which is aimed at gaining a deep understanding of the 7-nm FinFET process technology for use in digital space applications.

It intends to introduce and discuss the latest technologies and research results related to space parts and components, contributing to construct the network of government space agencies and private companies around the world, develop and improve reliability of space part and component technologies.
