Micromachined Ultrasound Technology is primarily known for its use in medical ultrasound imaging. There are, however, many more applications of this technology, both in- and outside of the medical domain. We will show several applications for which MEMS technology is a differentiator, and the technology platforms imec is developing for those applications.
