It is our great pleasure to welcome you to the 30th OptoElectronics and Communications Conference (OECC 2025) which will be held from June 29th to July 3rd, 2025 at Sapporo Convention Center, Sapporo, Japan. OECC is one of the foremost international conferences held annually in the Asia-Pacific region for the researchers and engineers working in the fields of optoelectronics, optical fiber transmission, and photonic network systems. It has been providing the best international forum to present and discuss the progress in research and development of these areas.

In addition, OECC 2025 is held jointly with Photonics in Switching and Computing (PSC). We believe that this joint conference attracts a lot of related engineers and researchers for most of the opto-electronics and communication field.
